We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Camarillo. What You'll Be Doing

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and outbound shipments
• Support manufacturing operations by delivering materials to production lines
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and scanning equipment
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Ensure proper inventory organization and FIFO practices
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse and logistics functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing support experience
• Experience with inventory management and barcode scanning systems
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
